We are hiring a *Creative Director who happens to shoot and edit*. This role is for someone who can *build vision, lead execution, and transform ideas into powerful visual experiences*. You will be responsible for shaping both *our internal creative identity* and the *brands we work with*. *What You’ll Do* * Lead the *creative direction* of video content across all projects * Develop *high-impact concepts* for ads, reels, campaigns, and brand storytelling * Shoot and produce premium-quality video content * Create *motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects (MANDATORY)* * Edit fast-paced, engaging content optimized for TikTok & Meta platforms * Collaborate with marketing and content teams to turn strategy into visuals * Bring *innovative ideas, trends, and disruptive formats* * Ensure every output feels like *art, not just content* *What We Expect* * Strong experience in filmmaking, videography, and content creation * *Mastery of Motion Graphics (Adobe After Effects is NON-NEGOTIABLE)* * Advanced skills in editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) * A *creative-first mindset* (ideas > execution) * Deep understanding of *viral content and social media culture* * Strong visual sense: storytelling, pacing, lighting, composition * Ability to lead creative projects and take ownership *Who You Are* * You don’t follow trends.
