As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and passionate Store Manager to lead our flagship location in Agadir. ## Your Mission As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the coffee shop, ensuring operational excellence while inspiring your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience every day. ## Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team. Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards. Supervise daily operations and guarantee smooth service. Recruit, train and coach new team members. Monitor KPIs, sales performance and profitability. Optimize labor costs, inventory and waste management. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and company standards. Work closely with management to implement new ideas and improve operations. Foster a positive, professional and performance-driven work environment. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of management experience in cafés, restaurants or hospitality. Strong leadership and people management skills. Passion for coffee, food and customer experience. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in French and English (Arabic is a plus).
