Talent & Shooting Coordinator – TikTok & Digital Marketing Agency *Location:* Casablanca, Morocco *Company:* Zelon Agency *Employment Type:* Full-time About the Role We are looking for a *Talent & Shooting Coordinator* to join our team and play a key role in connecting our agency with fresh talent across Morocco. This is a dynamic, field-oriented position combining *talent scouting, social media sourcing, shooting coordination, and production assistance*. You will be responsible for finding and approaching young dancers, performers, models, creators, and other talents through *Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms*, while also helping our team organize and execute shoots for our digital marketing clients. Since our projects take place in *different cities across Morocco*, flexibility and national mobility are essential. Your Main Responsibilities : Talent & Creator Scouting * Search for young and talented *dancers, performers, models, creators, actors, and influencers* on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. * Identify people who could be interested in joining our *TikTok livestream agency*. * Contact potential talents, present our opportunities, and maintain communication with candidates. * Build and maintain a database of potential talents and creators. * Identify new faces and profiles that could fit our clients' campaigns and content. Shooting Coordination * Help coordinate models, dancers, creators, and other talents for commercial and social media shoots. * Contact talents, confirm their availability, and coordinate schedules and locations. * Make sure the required people are present and ready for shootings. * Assist with transportation, timing, and general shoot organization when necessary. * Coordinate with the videographer and internal team before and during shoots. Shooting Assistance * Assist the videographer and production team during shoots. * Help prepare talents before filming and ensure they understand the requirements of the shoot. * Help manage the flow of the shooting day and ensure everything runs according to schedule. * Support the team with basic on-set coordination and logistics. * Be ready to work on shoots in different locations and cities across Morocco. What We're Looking For * Strong knowledge of *Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media trends*. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable approaching and communicating with new people. * Strong ability to identify interesting and talented profiles online. * Organized, proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented. * Able to work in a fast-paced creative environment. * Comfortable working directly with dancers, models, creators, and young talents. * Willingness to travel and work in *different cities across Morocco*. * *National mobility is required.* * Previous experience in *talent scouting, casting, recruitment, influencer marketing, event coordination, production, or social media* is a strong plus. * Experience with a TikTok agency, media agency, production company, or creative agency is a major advantage. * *Driving license and/or ability to travel independently is a plus.* The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is *social, resourceful, highly connected to social media, and not afraid to reach out to people*. You should naturally enjoy discovering new talent, talking to people, building relationships, and making things happen. This is *not a traditional office-only position*. Some days you will be sourcing talent online, while other days you may be coordinating a shooting in Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat, Tangier, or another city.
