Responsabilities • Develop and implement a business development strategy to expand the agency's client base and increase revenue. • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the tourism industry (business travel, luxury travel, tailor-made tours, and MICE). • Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, including corporate clients, individual customers, and B2B partners. • Prospect and negotiate with key industry stakeholders, including hotels, airlines, DMCs, and tourism boards. • Design and promote tailored travel offers that meet clients' needs while highlighting the agency's expertise. • Analyze tourism market trends and recommend strategies to strengthen the agency's competitive positioning. • Represent the agency at industry events, trade fairs, and professional workshops. • Monitor business performance and optimize business development initiatives. • Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure the quality of the services offered. • Conduct ongoing competitor monitoring to anticipate market developments and industry trends. • Travel frequently to meet with clients, partners, and suppliers. REQUIRED PROFILE • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the tourism industry. • Good knowledge of the travel market, tourism trends, and distribution channels. • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills. • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to develop tailor-made offers. • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team. • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. • Availability for frequent national and international travel • English fluency Job Type: Full-time Pay: 1.00DH - 2.00DH per month Work Location: In person
