Role Description This full-time on-site Civil Engineer role is based in El Jadida Province and involves managing and executing civil engineering projects from concept through construction. The Civil Engineer will prepare and review design drawings, technical reports, and specifications, ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and project requirements. Daily responsibilities include performing calculations, supporting stormwater and infrastructure planning, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and assisting in permitting and approvals. The role also includes site visits, monitoring construction progress, addressing technical issues, and communicating with clients, contractors, and authorities to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Qualifications • Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, including the ability to produce and review plans, calculations, and technical documentation. • Experience working as Civil Engineers on infrastructure or land development projects, with an understanding of local regulations and standards. • Planning and Stormwater Management skills related to site layout, drainage systems, and sustainable water management solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional licensure or eligibility for licensure is an asset. • Proficiency with civil design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar), and strong MS Office skills. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and contractors. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an on-site environment.
