About the Role Join our dynamic customer support team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a supportive environment. This position requires fluency in both English and Polish at B2–C1 level, with multichannel support responsibilities including voice, chat, and email. Main Responsibilities • Provide customer support across multiple channels: voice, chat, and email • Communicate professionally with customers in both English and Polish • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently • Maintain professional and proactive attitude in all interactions Required Profile • Fluency in both English and Polish at minimum B2–C1 level • Strong communication skills in both languages • Adaptability and willingness to learn • Professional and proactive approach to customer service What We Offer • Indefinite-term contract with 3-month probation period • 2-week structured training program • On-site position at Casablanca office • Shift-based schedule: 09:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week) • Fixed salary plus benefits
